Install OpenCV library

It would be nice to have OpenCV installed on the system. At least the 2.4.x and new 3.0 version:
http://opencv.org/downloads.html

It's a quite big and popular computer vision library, and the majority of my build time is downloading and extracing it. Seems wasteful.
