Notifications of deployment

Hi team,

I currently get notifications via HipChat of builds. My build then deploys to an Azure Cloud Service. It would be really useful to also be notified when deployment was completed.

   Massively impressed with AppVeyor. It has been a huge help for us. I love the fact that every build is deployed to staging and all I have to do is swap the slots when the time is right. It couldn’t be easier.
