Make the AppVeyor Agent more sensitive to service errors during deployment.
I've noticed that the AppVeyor deployment agent doesn't capture the error if a service doesn't start correctly.
It would be comforting if the deployment was failed when a service failed to start.

What was the issue with service? Did it hang or what?

Yeah, In this case it threw an exception because a configuration setting
was wrong (bad log file folder).
If I went to Administration Tools > Services and started it manually I got
the error 'service on Local Computer started and then stopped'.
In AppVeyor this just went through as green.
