It still looks like
1.9.1 is listed on the build workers page.

jimthedevtag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/377053872015-11-17T17:29:30Z2017-03-25T14:33:28ZGit For WIndows 2.5.0

jimthedev
Workers still use old Git AFAIK.
(I see that my post might've caused the confusion, I just referred to Git itself, not workers env)

flashmozzgtag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/377053872015-11-17T18:47:15Z2015-11-17T18:49:11ZGit For WIndows 2.5.0

Oh I see. In my build I did git --version, saw 2.x and was
confused.

jimthedevtag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/377053872015-11-17T18:51:57Z2015-11-17T18:51:57ZGit For WIndows 2.5.0

Just to clarify regarding Git version. On OSS environment build
workers there is Git 6.x is installed (we're currently "dogfooding"
it there). Pro environment is more "conservative" and there is
still Git 1.9.x.

Feodor Fitsnertag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/377053872015-11-17T19:09:49Z2017-03-25T14:33:28ZGit For WIndows 2.5.0

Oh, I see. There is no differentiation between OSS and Pro here so I got confused: http://www.appveyor.com/docs/installed-software#tools

flashmozzgtag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/377053872015-11-17T19:23:18Z2015-11-17T19:23:18ZGit For WIndows 2.5.0

Do you need 2.5 for any particular reason?
