Can't gets OpenGL based programs

I can't do testing on my Python builds because I keep getting errors like:
pyglet.gl.lib.MissingFunctionException: glGenBuffers is not exported by the available OpenGL driver
Is there any way to get the test environments to support this?

More details: AppVeyor build workers are VMs with a standard generic "Microsoft Hyper-V Video" adapter. You probably need physical build machine with AppVeyor build agent. It is possible with this approach for this requires Premium plan.
