Builds not triggered on push to Kiln
We are set up to pull from an hg repo on Kiln, but pushes to that repo do not seem to be triggering builds on AppVeyor. Is that a known issue? Let me know if there's any info I can provide to help troubleshoot. Thanks.

I forgot to mention - I can start a build manually on AppVeyor and that works fine. So it's not a problem connecting the repo.

Have you added a webhook on Kiln side?
