Intermittent build failures - problem accessing BitBucket

Hi,
I'm intermittently getting this:

Error fetching appveyor.yml from the repository. Make sure AppVeyor is authorized to access your bitBucket account: Response status code does not indicate success: 503 (Service Unavailable).

Then if I rebuild, everything is fine. Is that a bitbucket problem? Or is it an Appveyor problem?

    Looks like BitBucket issue.
