Builds queued for 10 minutes or more before starting
Whenever I try to run a build on my account, the build gets queued for several minutes (somewhere between 5 and 20 minutes), even when there are no other builds running or queued. Is this an artificial restriction put in place for free accounts? This is my first experience of using AppVeyor for an open source project and I am not impressed. If this is not resolved soon I will be moving somewhere else for my CI requirements.

Hi Shayne,
I've checked the log for your builds and there were only two builds (out of 32) with provisioning time between 6-9 minutes. All the rest was 3-4 minutes.
There are no artificial limitations. It's just public projects run on Azure and it takes some time to provision a new build worker VM. Sometimes, when it fails to provision VM in one region it switches to another and it takes longer than average.
