Hey,

Any thoughts on what is going on here:

https://ci.appveyor.com/project/GaryEwanPark/adnuguk-github-io/buil...

Has something changed in the Build Worker Image?

This script used to work quite happily.

Thanks

Gary

Does your script assume bundler is pre-installed on build workers? All Rubies were updated like a month ago, most probably bundler was installed on old ones.

I guess it does assume that yes, as it was there before :-(

We haven't posted a blog post for a while, so this is the first time that we have run into this. So is it just a gem install bundler that is required?

Was there a reason that bundler was removed?

Yeah, use this command to install it.

There is no reason why it was removed, but most probably it was installed to 1.9.3 by someone's request. Anyway, as we fully automated the deployment of latest Rubies to build worker images I'd prefer to keep them clean. Moreover, gems are updated more frequently than Ruby and there is a high chance that some pre-installed stuff is already outdated.

    Yip, that makes perfect sense.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!
