Queued builds do not start

Hi,
I've seen this around few times here, but I've encountered that I get project builds in queue but actual build never starts (on account ADVANTICS).
Thanks for any help.

   Builds don't start. Also, i'm not able to cancel the pending builds (status "Cancelling" forever)

   We also have issue with Queued build. We wait so much time, but no changes. We also tried to cancel and restart build, but they also not started. Incidents, you mentioned marked as resolved yeesterday, but we can't build our apps now.

   Same issue here. Build stay in queued status since 2 hours. Cancel and restart build don't change anything.

    Stuck again after a failed build. Could you tell us when this will be resolved for real please ? We cannot rely on support team for every build.

    Sure, this is not very sustainable model. We are working on the proper fix right now. Meanwhile you should be unblocked.

    Bernard, we forcibly cancelled stuck build for you. It is OK, as this PR is already built OK here.
    Queue is now in a good state.
