Please replace PowerShell 6.0.2 with 6.1 in the Ubuntu image

There is a serious issue in PowerShell Core 6.0.2 with the Web Cmdlets being very slow due to a bug in the version of .NET Core which is fixed in PowerShell Core 6.1.
Can you please update the PowerShell Core version in Ubuntu to version 6.1 as soon as possible? In the Windows images it was already upgraded in the September 16th upgrade.

It will be updated in next Ubuntu Image. ETA end of this week.

It seems that the new image is available as I see PowerShell 6.1 now in my Builds.
Can you also update the list of changes on https://www.appveyor.com/updates/ and the available packages (including PowerShell 6.1 GA) on https://www.appveyor.com/docs/linux-images-software/ ?
