External collaborators can no longer log in to see our project

We have two projects we're working on with a customer. The users that have been invited are granted permissions under a custom role: view=allow, run build=allow, update settings=deny, delete project=deny. I'm not 100% sure what's going on, partially because they're external to my org and on the other side of the planet, but also because the ticket was created for me by an Indian guy speaking to Japanese guys. There may be some things lost in translation.

To my knowledge, up until recently, they've been working fine. As of Friday, however, anytime these collaborators log in, it behaves as they were logging, but it returns them to the login page.

    Hello,

We need more information to investigate:

    • Email of collaborator who cannot login
    • How login was made -- email and password, or GitHub button or somehow else
    • Time (in UTC or with time zone) login was made
    • URL to the project they try to access

Also it would help to have this info for more than one user.

Here's from the end-user (also see attached screenshot):

    More info.:
    - Email: [email blocked]
    - How login was made: GitHub button
    - Time: for example; 2019/02/27 15:25 JST (UTC +9)
    - URL to access: for example;
    https://github.com/enthought/jsr-tires/pull/1679/checks?check_run_id=67538589
When I tried to acces from [Details] button on CI test column in a pull
    request, I redirected to https://ci.appveyor.com/login.
And after logging in by GitHub button, the situation doesn't change.

In our database that user doesn't show as belonging to the Enthought account. Perhaps they were added under a different login?

Once they are added as a collaboator, the upper left part of the header (from screenshot) will become a drop down that allows the user to toggle between different accounts to which they have access.
