Error adding SSH key to GitHub repository: Response status code does not indicate success: 404 (Not Found).
I'm attempting to add a private repository that uses a private subrepository. I suspect the issue is getting the right private key established, I copied my appveyor.yml script from a working repository but I'm sure the project encryption key needs to be updated.
The issue is that I can't get the project added to check the encryption key -- I get a 404 on add.

You should be the admin in that repository in order to add SSH key. If you are just collaborator there it's not enough - collaborators work with code only.
