spurious invocation of autoconf
My project contains a "configure" script which is generated from "configure.ac" by autoconf on my development machine. On appveyor I am getting spurious invocations of autoconf to generate the "configure" script. It only happens once in a while and not in all environments (I am using 32 and 64 bit builds, with mingw and MSVC). Here is an example of a failing build which you can compare to the other 3 that succeed:

Could this be due to a misconfigured clock on one of the build machines?
