When build counter is reset, "history" links to wrong build
RE: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/serilog/serilog/build/16
Some time ago we moved from version 1.4 to 1.5 in Serilog.
At that time, we reset our build number back to 1.
Now, when `master` builds I can't seem to see the actual build log, as clicking through from the build history page lands me on the 1.4.16 build instead of the 1.5.16 build.
Have we done something crazy here? Thanks for any suggestions :-)
Cheers!

Have come to grips with build numbers needing to be unique. Coming from TeamCity this was a bit surprising, but seems like something I can live with :-)
Happy to close this one. Thanks for the great service!
