Queued Build not starting

Hi I have a build enqueued for Chef https://ci.appveyor.com/project/chef/chef (build ID master-1395) that isn't starting even though there are no builds ahead of it in the queue that I can see on my project page. If it's relevant, I just enabled caching in the build earlier today, it worked on my pull request, but I don't think I've had a successful build since I merged it.

    Hi Daniel,

    I've reset the queue on your account. Kick off a new build and it should be OK.
