Build Slow After Upgrading Account from Free to Basic

Hello, when we were evaluating the AppVeyor service as a free trial our builds were firing immediately and taking 2.5 minutes to complete on a consistent basis. After we upgraded to a basic paid account the builds queue for 2 minutes and take over 10 minutes to complete.

Are you experiencing service delays or is this what we should expect out of this service in the future?

    Hi Aaron,

    Basic plan builds run on Azure environment where it takes 4-5 minutes to provision build workers and generally Azure VMs are 2-3 times slower than Pro environment VMs. Free trials run on Pro environment. Would you like upgrading to Pro plan?
