aspnetsaml project queued indefinitely

Hi There

Nothing has been processing for about 4 days in https://ci.appveyor.com/project/NumbersInternational/aspnetsaml. Anything there on master or PR has been stuck in Queued status. I've tried cancelling and rebuilding but this has not helped. Other projects in the same account have been building though.

    Hi Martin,

    Sorry for some delay with answer. Your account NumbersInternational has custom plan which allows 15 concurrent jobs on private build cloud, however you trying to start this build on AppVeyor cloud. We can update NumbersInternational plan to include one job on AppVeyor cloud, but this will cost $50/month because this account has private repositories. Other option is to talk to your co-workers, so they explain you how routing build to the private cloud implemented in your case. And finally you can create a separate free AppVeyor account and use it only for public repositories.
