Account locked I assume

One of our external service issues hundreds of commits to a GH repos which triggered as many builds. I assume my account has been locked. I want to enable the rolling builds to prevent this in the future. Do you think this will solve the issue?

I don't see any blockage on any accounts of which you are a member. Which account do you think is blocked?
Yes, I think enabling rolling builds sounds like a good idea in this case.
