We are suddenly getting this error on one of our repositories:
Error receiving Bitbucket webhook ID '': Request to Bitbucket web hook has been made from prohibited IP address.
This is only effecting this repository as I can see so-far. Can you help?

When was the last time you saw this issue? We updated Bitbucket IPs yesterday.

I would say yesterday because we didn’t commit anything since 5 o’clock Friday. So seems like that may be the answer.
How do we resolve this?
on 21 Jul, 2020 03:17 PM
Right, it should be resolved by now. Are you still experiencing the issue?

Hi thanks, that has fixed it.
How do we avoid this happening again in the future?

We are constantly looking for changes of Bitbucket IP addresses. The list can be updated at any time - we do our best to sync it with AppVeyor settings.
