Quota / Internal error problems

Hi!

We are getting some "Internal errors" in our builds, it seems that they are related to artifact upload. In addition, i saw errors concerning artifact storage quota before. For reference: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/mauser/hydrogen/builds/36793506/job/oeqn9dv8hw4uk3v2

I tried to limit the number of which builds which upload artifacts to a minium, but the error still prevails. Is there a way to remove old artifacts, set a retention policy (to a shorter interval) or raise the quota?
