AppVeyor Agent provider not available in New Environment

I'm running the Team Edition on premise for the first time and I would like to install my first AppVeyor Deployment Agent but I don't seem to to be able to see that option.
I'm following the guide at https://www.appveyor.com/docs/deployment/agent/ and the server has Window Server 2019 with .NET Framework 4.8 installed. Any help would be really appreciated as I find AppVeyor a very good product.

    Thanks for your interest!

    Unfortunately, Deployment Agent for on-premise AppVeyor is still in the works. This could be something we release early next year.
