Suddenly unable to start new build and automatically start new build

I have no idea what's going on.

  • all project goes gray, canceled by system administrator. when I tried to make new build, it errors 500.
  • If myself canceled it it says canceled by user. what does it mean with system administrator???
  • I tried to make change in my git project, commit, push. But no new build has made or detected automatically of that commit. trying to press Start new build still error 500
  • Am I hacked?
