NuGet Restore - Process cannot access file
I get the following error occasionally,
nuget : The process cannot access the file
Re-running the build again resolves the issue.

Hi Bryan,
Is it NuGet restore enabled on VS solution level? What version of Nuget is in ".nuget" folder? I recall there was such error in older versions of nuget.exe.
