I'm getting this error, "UBUNTU1604 - Error enabling 'python' stack: Python version not found: 3.9. Available Python versions:" on the UBUBTU1604 image for all python versions I test against. I have a tendency to be a bit over zealous cleaning up builds on the mainline branch. I created a new branch for me to debug this on. Here is the build with problems
