Google Cloud error spinning up Ubuntu image

Attempting a build using the Ubuntu image results in the following error logged to the build events:

GCE [av-a607b5db7bda4597afdb989d06fdd6b9] Error creating disk
Google.Apis.Requests.RequestError
Invalid value for field 'resource.sizeGb': '100'. Requested disk size cannot be smaller than the image size (200 GB) [400]
Errors [
    Message[Invalid value for field 'resource.sizeGb': '100'. Requested disk size cannot be smaller than the image size (200 GB)] Location[ - ] Reason[invalid] Domain[global]
]
