publish_core_console not working?

I'm trying to configure publish_core_console in my appveyor.yml file, but it doesn't appear to be doing anything?

build:
  project: project.sln
  publish_core_console: true
  verbosity: minimal

I am following the "Getting started with AppVeyor for Linux" documentation ((https://www.appveyor.com/docs/getting-started-with-appveyor-for-linux/#net-core-support). Per the documentation, "Both ASP.NET Core and .NET Core console projects will be published to .zip files and pushed to build artifacts." I don't see this occurring?

Can you link to the build and provide your full configuration?
