No builds starting, likely due to continuous failure of VS2017 tests, which need license refreshed

We're seeing the following, looks like the VS2017 license needs to be refreshed on this image?

This seems to have caused our scons/scons builds to be disabled.
Please advise.

Also VS2015 seems to be installed and license expired. I wouldn't have expected 2015 to be installed on this image.
