Unable to create a build

I've created an appveyor project for my fork of a public repo, to test whether I can fix its build, but when I attempt to create a build I get a banner that says "There was an error while trying to complete the current operation. Please contact AppVeyor support."

The project is https://ci.appveyor.com/project/MarkLambert/fsharp-control-reactive and the github repo is https://github.com/marklam/FSharp.Control.Reactive

    It should be enabled now.
