Cloning mercurial repository

Hello.

I am trying to clone a public mercurial repository https://hg.jcea.es/pybsddb/ , but I am getting an unspecific error.

What error are you getting?

The error is a popup red at the top of the screen with this text: "There
was an error while trying to complete the current operation. Please
contact AppVeyor support."
