Projects quota exceeded for free account

Hi!
I am using Appveyor in school in conjunction with github classroom. All of the repos are public.
For some reason for a couple of days I am unable to create projects nor manually neither with api. API returns code 400, and web interface respond with "Projects quota exceeded.".
Is there any problem with my account (Strassee)?

It should be fine now. There is a soft quota, but I've just bumped it.

I get message "Projects quota exceeded." still, please, help.
