User is locked out of MFA
I have a user who has been effectively locked out of their AppVeyor, due to MFA. They had MFA set up on their old phone, which was unfortunately broken + lost. They no longer have access whatsoever to the device they had MFA set up for their AppVeyor account. I figure they will likely need to reach out to you to get this resolved, but I wanted to reach out on their behalf first, incase there is anything I can do to assist as an administrator.
