Build time increase for Stellarium FOSS project

Hi, I am a maintainer of https://stellarium.org project and we have been using AppVeyor to generate Windows installers for years
(https://ci.appveyor.com/project/alex-w/stellarium), Stellarium is a relatively complex Qt desktop application with a bit of dependencies.

Stellarium can be build with Qt5 and Qt6, but Qt6 compilation is slower and I found no way to complete it within the 1hr limit with guarantees of completeness, so I would like to request if it were possible to increase build time to 90 minutes for our project.
