Docker image fails to extract

I am pulling appveyor/build-image:minimal-windowsservercore-ltsc2019 and it's giving the following error:

failed to extract layer (application/vnd.docker.image.rootfs.foreign.diff.tar.gzip sha256:0a6173b79e25f2ebc0ed51b0ac32a6f65ca5a3bbfcbeab8b74a6c24324121dea) to overlayfs as "extract-256155446-BIpe sha256:5fdce13b9cc4fafcaeea27fbe2ec327b7829daaf6baacf45fa030f524813747f": link /var/lib/desktop-containerd/daemon/io.containerd.snapshotter.v1.overlayfs/snapshots/6/fs/Files/Program Files/common files/Microsoft Shared/Ink/en-US/micaut.dll.mui /var/lib/desktop-containerd/daemon/io.containerd.snapshotter.v1.overlayfs/snapshots/6/fs/Files/Program Files (x86)/common files/Microsoft Shared/ink/en-US/micaut.dll.mui: no such file or directory

This happened for me on both linux docker and windows 11 docker desktop. Same error.
