Notification failures
Is there any way to see why a notification failed? I set up the HipChat notification, trying both the API v1 and v2 keys. Unfortunately, the notifications do not seem to getting through. (They work fine with other apps, such as Travis.)

Can you see any related errors on build details page?

No, as far as I can tell, everything looks normal.

If build config is being read from appveyor.yml then notifications should be defined there. UI settings are ignored this case.
