MySql5.6/5.7

According to http://www.appveyor.com/docs/services-databases#mysql only MySql 5.7 is available

In the Settings/Environment screen, Add service, only MySql 5.6 appears- no 5.7

MySql 5.6 is no longer there when building.

    Good catch - will fix that.

    For workaround please start MySql service via script in "Install" phase as CMD:

    net start MySQL57

    or as PS:

    Start-Service MySQL57
