Pull request build gets stuck if branch gets deleted before build runs.

I found a little bug (or feature) in the pull request build process. If there is a pull request build in the queue and someone deleted the branch, then obviously AppVeyor can't run that build. But it doesn't fail exactly... it just stays in the queue forever. If I delete the build, no problem. But I have to notice the build and cancel it.
