Stuck at uploading artifacts?

Uploading artifacts looks unreliable today.

Last message from the build is:
Uploading artifact Website.zip (10.3 MB)...

And the artifacts is available on the artifacts tab. But the build never continues with the second artifact and never finish.
It looks like this problem started +- 3 hours ago.

Rerunning the build fixed it for one of our project. Other is still stuck.

We also have 1 project with this problem that looks like it's still running (yellow) for over 2 hours. But no cancel button available to stop the build.
