Deployments are taking much longer

Hi,

thanks for fixing the earlier issue with uploading artifacts.
Now we see that the deployments to Azure are taking very long. Seems like nothing is happening.

Account name is Q42.

Can you check what's going on?

   Yes.

   two Azure web sites and 1 package to a VM with the appveyor agent.
   They are all taking very long.

   The last one to the VM said this morning it was completed succesfully, but the package was not updated.

   No, we're doing Web Deploys to Azure Websites. It looks like nothing is happening and the deploy never starts, the console stays empty.

   We're finding the same issue deploying to Azure Websites.

   The deployment actually completes in a few seconds, I know because I can see the changes on the Azure Website, but it seems to take 20 minutes (is that some sort of time-out), and it eventually shows as completed, but there is no output in the AppVeyor "console".

   It would seem so, also, always taking 20 minutes, give or take a few seconds (as I said the actual deployment completes in less than a minute).

   In our case (Azure Web Site), the deployment completes after about 20 minutes but the package doesn't get published.

   We are having the same issue doing web deploy to AWS(no console output, and hanging for around 20 minutes)
