Build 'fails' on just a doc update

I love AppVeyor! However, when I just make a doc update to my repo (e.g., readme.md), it goes through a full build, which is fine, but 'fails' because in the publish task NuGet already has the version there and thus this causes AppVeyor to fail.

How can I better config this so that this situation doesn't trigger a fail. My project now has the "build: failing" badge on it, which isn't true reflection of the status.
