AppVeyor discovering tests although discovery is disabled

First of all, let me say that I really, really like AppVeyor!

I have a problem with AppVeyor is trying (and succeeding) with discovery of tests although I disabled this in the settings panel.
Any clue why this is happening?

    When there is appveyor.yml UI settings are ignored (except environment variables). Disable tests in YML:

    build_script:
  - ps: .\build.cmd

test: off
