Following the docs for manual xunit execution (so we can use xunit 2.0).

Get 500 error during upload:

xUnit 2.0 has "native" support for AppVeyor as you can see https://ci.appveyor.com/project/nathanaeljones/resizer/build/4.0.0..... This might be just an attempt to add duplicate test results entries.

I replaced the xml output/upload with the /appveyor switch; worked great-ish: http://help.appveyor.com/discussions/problems/767-logging-adaptor-s...
