Would it be possible to filter(include/exclude) certain paths that trigger a build on check-in?

Going off of this disscusion there: http://help.appveyor.com/discussions/questions/1574-is-it-possible-to-ignore-specific-folders-when-fetching-from-a-tfs-repository. It would be very helpful to us if check-ins in certain paths didn't trigger a build. I have attached a screenshot of how VSO handles this. Thank You

I think you can "model" something like that today on VSO side. Don't know about "exclude", but you can setup a number of service hooks with different path filters and triggering the same AppVeyor webhook URL. See attached screenshot.
