Silverlight 5 plugin support

Hi.

Thank you for appveyor.

I'd like to request that the Silverlight 5 plugin installed on the build worker, especially for the "Unstable" environment since that is interactive.

I found this link that shows where to download and how to install the silverlight plugin silently

   Hi Rami,

   Could you tell me what's your AV account name? I'm going to move your account to a new OSS environment. There is no need in Unstable image anymore as all workers there run agent in interactive mode.

   OK, I've moved your account to a faster environment and you don't need os: unstable anymore.

   You can install Silverlight 5 by adding this simple script to your build: https://gist.github.com/FeodorFitsner/4c7b3e56ac3d11a7bfe5
