How do we upgrade our plan to the paid plan 'Pro'?

You can upgrade now at https://ci.appveyor.com/plan - please do F5 to see the changes.

I believe it's been fixed. Do F5 and you'll see purchase button on https://ci.appveyor.com/plan page.

We have a Basic plan we want to upgrade to Pro.
Do we need to cancel the Basic plan and then upgrade?

Got it. Looked at the wrong account (by your email - thoughе you want to upgrade from free to paid), sorry.
I can upgrade it to Pro from here. Could you please confirm AV account name found on https://ci.appveyor.com/account page?

It's public thread - anyone can post/read it. You can always create a private thread or change its visibility later.
