Whole deployment taking about 5-10 minutes. Is this normal?

We have been loving appveyor and it really has made things a lot better for us. On our main, larger site it tends to take about 5-10 minutes to do a full deployment. It's not too bad but if we're in a pinch to push out a hotfix, this can feel like an eternity.

Is this normal? What can we do to speed this up?

    Web Deploy is our deployment provider. We do not use environments.
