deployment approval

Hi

Is there a way to tell AppVeyor that a user must approve the deployment step? In my case I want to be able to build and deploy automatically for DEV & TEST, but only move to PROD after when the customer says "Yes". Ideally the customer would get an email with a link to 'approve' but I'm open to other ideas. Is there anything built in to AppVeyor or is this a manual process for me?

I sent a similar question yesterday but I can't find it now so I suppose it did not submit if found please delete.
