Newer base os for private build worker

Hi
We're currently using this configuration below. Is it possible to switch/upgrade it to a newer ubuntu base image? The image below is running on 18.04 which is EOL and missing some libs that we need.

APPVEYOR_BUILD_WORKER_IMAGE: ubuntu-gce

    Sure. That image is now pointing to Ubuntu 22.04.
