Any timeline for Qt 5.12.6 in Windows images? Fatal bug in Qt 5.12.5.

Qt version 5.12.5 has a fatal bug in it with respect to serial ports making it next to useless for anyone neading to read from a port: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-78891. Update is in 5.12.6.

    We'll do an update of Visual Studio 2019 this week which will include Qt 5.12.6 and Qt 5.14.0:
