Artifacts download limit

Is it possible increase artifacts download limit for Stellarium OSS project (See example - https://ci.appveyor.com/project/alex-w/stellarium/builds/53791979 - 3 packages, average size is 450 MB) up to 1,5-2 GB/day?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac
